Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, how ExamKaki 考霸 ("we", "us", "the app") handles information when you use the app. We built the app to be local-first: your data stays on your device.
The app has no accounts, no login, no backend servers, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information. The app works fully offline after installation.
None of this data leaves your device.
If you choose to, the app can access your camera or photo library to create a flashcard from an image of a question or answer. The selected image is stored locally on your device as part of your flashcard. We do not upload, transmit, or send your photos anywhere.
Optional subscriptions or one-time purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see, store, or process your payment card details. Google handles payment transactions under its own privacy policy. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase was made, which unlocks the premium entitlement on your device.
Because all data is local, you are in full control:
The "exam resources" area shows links to third-party sites (e.g. official SEAB/CAIE syllabus pages, past-paper sites, bookstores). We do not control those sites; tapping a link opens it in your browser, and those sites have their own privacy policies.
The app is designed for students (including those under 13) to study school exam subjects. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Any school/personal data shown (e.g. exam scores you enter yourself) is generated and stored by you, on your own device.
Premium status is held in the device's hardware-backed secure storage. All other study data lives in an on-device database that is not shared with any network service.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.

选用的订阅或一次性购买全部由 Google Play 支付平台处理。我们无法查看、保存或处理您的银行卡信息，也不会接触付款流程。Google 根据其自身的隐私政策处理支付交易，我们只会收到"购买成功"的确认，用于在您的设备上解锁高级版权益。
由于所有数据均在本地，您拥有完全的掌控权：
"考试资源"栏目展示第三方网站的链接（如 SEAB／CAIE 官方大纲页、真题网站、书店等）。我们不控制这些网站；点击链接会在您的浏览器中打开，届时适用该网站自己的隐私政策。
本应用面向学生（含未满 13 岁的学生）复习校内考试科目。我们不会向任何人收集包括儿童在内的个人信息。您在应用内填写的任何成绩等数据，都是由您自行在设备本地生成并保存的。
高级版状态保存在设备的硬件级安全存储中，其余学习数据保存在不与任何网络服务共享的本地数据库中。
我们可能不定期更新本政策。如有重大变更，我们会更新页面顶部的"生效日期"。变更后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受修订后的政策。
